BBAJ Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the BBAJ platform (bbaj.im). By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have voluntarily accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using BBAJ.

1 General Terms

BBAJ is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform intended solely for adults of legal age. BBAJ's Terms & Conditions are framed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

BBAJ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

BBAJ is an entertainment platform. Winnings from betting or gaming cannot be guaranteed. BBAJ is not liable for any financial losses. Members make their own decisions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to create an account on BBAJ:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may only create one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• Your password must be kept strong and must not be shared with anyone.

BBAJ reserves the right to approve or reject any registration. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

BBAJ reserves the right to verify the age and identity of its members. Verification is mandatory prior to withdrawals and may also be required in cases of suspicious activity.

Any one of the following documents may be required for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate

Withdrawal requests may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process. Once the correct documents are submitted, verification is completed within 24–48 hours.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits made on BBAJ:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Only payment numbers registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

If a deposit fails or does not reflect in your account, contact BBAJ support immediately. Keep a screenshot of your transaction — it helps resolve issues faster.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules must be followed to withdraw winnings from BBAJ:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment number used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time: 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by membership tier.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure all details are correct before submitting. If identity verification is still pending, your withdrawal may be placed on hold.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All BBAJ bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the following general terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement, which is communicated before the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Placing opposing bets using bonus funds is strictly prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only.

BBAJ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a member breaches bonus-related terms, the bonus may be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on BBAJ:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match odds may change after a match has started.
• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• BBAJ reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with BBAJ's rules.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 BDT.

Any disputes regarding bet outcomes will be resolved using BBAJ's official scoring system. Bet settlements are considered final once results have been officially announced or recognized by the relevant governing body.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BBAJ and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's information.
• Any activity related to match-fixing or manipulation of outcomes.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Accessing another member's account without authorization.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the BBAJ platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

BBAJ may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• When suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• When a member submits a self-exclusion request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before closure. If BBAJ closes the account, a reason will be provided.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

BBAJ believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a primary source of income. That is why BBAJ places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities.

• The deposit limit feature is available to all members.
• Self-Exclusion: 7 days to 6 months, or permanent.
• A cooling-off period option is available.
• If signs of gaming addiction are observed, the BBAJ support team is ready to help.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

BBAJ is committed to protecting your personal information. Details provided during registration are used solely for account management and identity verification.

BBAJ does not share member information with any third party except in the following circumstances:

• Where required by legal obligation.
• Upon request from an authorized authority for fraud prevention purposes.
• With authorized financial institutions for payment processing.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

BBAJ reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a platform notification in advance.

If any member continues using the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
